For the jerky rolls, beef maw, the muscle tissue of the esophagus, is rolled up and dried. The rolled shape makes them more compact and firmer than the plates.

Quality: The beef maw is carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned, cut, rolled and gently air-dried. Nothing is added: no additives, no preservatives.

Texture: Leathery-tough with pleasant chewing resistance. The 10cm rolls fit dogs of different sizes.
